The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and the French Embassy are pleased to organize together the 10th Scientific Day and the 2nd France-Cambodia Research and Innovation Day, on 4th to 5th May 2020 at ITC.
Conference themes
We invite all researchers and experts from a diversified set of fields to present their research output in this event. Presentations from STEM areas, including Water and Environment, Food Technology and Nutrition, Energy Technology and Management, Materials Science and Structure, Mechatronic and Information Technology, but also Human and Social Sciences, and Health Sciences are all welcome. This event aims to be an exceptional opportunity for all researchers to share knowledge with other colleagues from their field and the connected areas and to engage the research results with stakeholders including private sectors, government, and development partners.
Eligibility and Language of Proposals
Submissions are welcome from all sectors of higher education and private sectors. Your interest topic can be submitted in either English or French, for an oral presentation or for a poster session. Each attendee can only propose one presentation. If your relevant topic is not accepted for an oral presentation, it will be eligible for a poster session after approval by technical committee.
Session Formats and Submission
Poster submission:
Poster presentations aim to offer participants an opportunity to present their work in a visual format and offer good opportunities for interaction and discussion. Posters will be displayed during the two days, and an interactive session will be set to allow the attendees to engage with each poster’s authors.
The header of the poster will include a title, followed by the names of the authors and their affiliations(s). The poster, in portrait format A0 (841mm × 1189mm) must be sent in PDF format by email to: ric_itc@itc.edu.kh and concours.jrfc@gmail.com. Paper Submission:
Authors are invited to submit online an abstract and to select the type of proposal: oral presentation or poster. The abstract should not be more than one page with the maximum of 300 words (Calibri, Font size 12, Line space 1.15), and must contain the full names, affiliations, contact information of the authors, and the title of their proposition, as well as 3 to 5 keywords.
To submit your article proposal, applications must be sent by email to ric_itc@itc.edu.kh and concours.jrfc@gmail.com. If your abstract is accepted, the full article as prescribed format HERE.
Presentations will be 20 minutes and followed by 5 minutes for question and answer. Two formats of general and parallel session will be conducted in the event. Your topic addressing common understanding will be decided by technical committee for general, while the specific topic will be allocated in parallel session.

- Each Poster will be eligible to win the « Best Poster » prize.
- ITC Researchers may be eligible to ITC scientific prizes.
- Cambodian Researchers, from all affiliations, are eligible for the French Embassy Scientific Prize.
